MOHD ZAKI BIN ABD MANAN , LL.B (Hons) IIU M’sia PARTNER HEAD OF INSURANCE CLAIM DEPARTMENT Mohd Zaki Bin Abd Manan born in Kuala Berang, Terengganu Darul Iman on 19th  March 1979;  He graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) learning mixture  of civil and Syariah subjects. With the efforts been put through four years studying, he  obtained a scroll of Bachelor of Law (Hons.)  He started his pupilage under supervision of Miss Nooraini Yusoff of Messrs. Abu  Seman & Co. in Kuala Lumpur.He was admitted to the High Court of Malaya on 9th  April 2004.  He has been with the firm since he was call to the Bar. He was admitted as a partner of  the firm from 1st January 2007.  He is active in social involvement such as helping in Legal Aid Centre for criminal  cases. He was chosen as Trainer for Legal Awareness in a program organised under  Kementerian Pembangunan, Wanita dan Keluarga in State of Pahang Darul Makmur    He is constantly appears at Subordinate Courts (Magistrates’ Courts and Sessions’  Court), High Courts, Court of Appeal, Federal Court as well as Industrial Court.    He is specialized with running down cases (accident), insurance matters, Banking  Islamic Banking and general litigation matters.    He attends many courses and seminars, among others are seminar on running down  cases and banking. mohdzaki@bcblaw.com.my
