MUZAMIL ALIF MOHAMAD , LL.B (Hons) UKM M’sia PARTNER ADMINISTRATIVE & MANAGEMENT   Muzamil Alif Bin Mohamad born in Kuantan, Pahang in 1981;    He did his pupilage at the firm and was admitted to the High Court on  20th April 2006. Since  his admission he was retained in the firm. He was admitted as a partner of the firm from  September 2010.    He is now handling and managing firm’s administration starting from 2nd January 2013;    He has also served the Pahang Bar as Committee members for the terms of 2011/2012 and  2012/2013.    He has involved either as participant, trainers or speakers for programs that organized by  Malaysian Bar Council and Pahang Bar Committee throughout the year of 2011 and 2012.    He has frequently appearing in the various Subordinate Courts, High Courts, Court of Appeal,  Tribunal Proceeding including Disciplinary Proceeding;    He is also actively doing legal research for the firm and constantly advising Client on legal  issues especially matters related to Land Law, Company Dispute, Negligence Claim and  Banking cases.   Over the years, he has representing client in numerous matters that among others cases relating to Banking Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Good Sold and Delivered, Insurance Motor  Accident Claim, Industrial Injury Claim, Probate and Administration, Judicial Review on  Consumer Tribunal, Disciplinary Proceedings and Medical Negligence.
