SYAZLINDA NADIA BINTI MD NASIR   She is born in Kuantan on 17^th August 1982.   She graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia  (IIUM), Selangor with Honors Degree in Law in 2006.    She was under pupilage period of 9 months with our firm.    She was call to the Bar on 4^th September 2007.   Since her admission she was retained in the firm.    She specializes in litigation matters mainly in banking matters,  Islamic Banking, contracts, goods sold and delivered,  bankruptcy matters, winding up matters, hire-purchase  matters, admiralty and general litigations.    She involved in reported case of Standard Chartered Bank  Malaysia v Mohd Nazro bin Zulkefli (2009) 5 MLJ 76.    She attended Islamic Banking and Finance Seminar on 2010.    Her experiences are:  -  Assisted in a number of trials in Magistrates Court,   Sessions’ Court and High Courts.  -  Assisted in Appeal matters in Court of Appeal.  Background BANKING & LITIGATION
